Perangkutan infrastructure planning in the form of a terminal in accordance with the plan and function of road space utilization plan for urban and spatial structure plan Batu years 2003-2013 aimed at Giripurno Village, District Bumiaji. Planning this terminal will trigger a new route that will ultimately affect the change in performance on some streets. The purpose of this study is to determine how much impact that will arise from the operation of the new terminal on the performance of some streets, especially road which is the main access to the terminal. The analysis used in referring to the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997 with several stages of calculation, that calculation on the present (year 2006) and 7 years from now (year 2013). Assumption 7 years based on prevailing RTRW Batu the years 2003 to 2013 as well as route planning studies that also use the analysis of the coming 7 years. Results of analysis of street performances in 2006 (existing conditions) on Jl. Raya Giripurno obtained DS 0.44; Jl. Brantas with DS of 0.41; Jl. Bromo, DS 0.27; Jl. Semeru, the DS of 0.20, Jl. Sultan Agung, DS 0.36 and Jl. Hasanudin, DS of 0.32. While the analysis results for the year 2013 obtained Jl. Raya Giripurno, DS = 0.72; Jl. Brantas, DS = 0.73; Jl. Bromo, DS = 0.59; Jl. Semeru, DS = 0.34; Jl. Sultan Agung, DS = 0.49; Jl. Hasanudin, DS = 0.32. In the analysis of 2013, on some streets showed a poor level of service because it has approached the limit of tolerance DS <0.8.
