Abstract

Watchfulness kind that do this watchfulness survey, where does researcher do observation in data collecting, only register data as it is, analyze and interpret data. watchfulness is done in PT. Mertex Indonesia Mojoanyar-Mojokerto with watchfulness title that is: “ organization culture influence towards employee performance in PT. Mertex Indonesia Mojoanyar-Mojokerto” This watchfulness aim detects organization culture characteristics that cover innovation and risking, attention towards detail, result orientation, individual orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness, steadiness and employee performance that cover product quality, product quantity and completion of task time precision in pt. mertex indonesia mojoanyar-mojokerto. furthermore to detect organization culture characteristics that consist of innovation and risking, attention towards detail, result orientation, team orientation, influential significant towards employee performance in pt. mertex indonesia mojoanyar-mojokerto and to detect where has biggest influence towards employee performance in pt. mertex indonesia mojoanyar-mojokerto. analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. Scale distance analysis result knowable that organization culture characteristics that covers innovation and risking dperoleh result as big as 219,75, attentions towards detail as big as 216,67, result orientations as big as 211,75, individual orientations as big as 226,33, team orientations as big as 228,67, aggresiveness as big as 232 and steadiness as big as 230. based on the result so can be said that organization culture in pt. mertex indonesia mojoanyar-mojokerto enter in strong category. employee performance that cover product quality, product quantity and completion of task time precision in pt. mertex indonesia mojoanyar-mojokerto enter in tall category with value as big as 253. test result f knowable that organization culture characteristics that consist of innovation and risking, attention towards detail, result orientation, team orientation, influential significant towards employee performance in pt. mertex indonesia mojoanyar-mojokerto where value fhitung as big as 24,304 > ftabel as big as 2,800 and has biggest influence towards performance. Several suggestions that given to company that is company management side always do coordination with employees in wisdom stipulating that be done by entire elements found at will company. supposed company management side can personate mediator in effort to creat harmony employees in work at company. supposed company management side can to motivating employees in work at company.
