Abstract

Road Network Performance Ranugrati - Canal Road - Sulfuric Tumenggung Suryo Road - Road Ciliwung a road network that accesses most of the people who come from Sawojajar and surrounding residential areas to the district centers of community activity in the city of Malang. In this case will take effect and become a main attraction for the city of Malang, considering the poor who come not only residents but also the city of Malang residents so that traffic flow that occurs in the region increasingly crowded. This study aims to determine the performance of road and intersection performance in the region Sawojajar Malang. The method used in this study refers to the Indonesian Highway Capasity Manual (IHCM), 1997, with the subject of Urban Road, signalized intersection and intersection. Results of performance evaluation road in Population Resettlement area network based Sawojajar maximum traffic flow on the existing condition known maximum DS at the link Road Ranugrati Degrees Saturation (DS) = 0.99, Travel Time (TT) = 0,023 hours, while the minimum is obtained on the DS Road segment Degrees Sulfate Saturation (DS) = 0.58, Travel Time (TT) = 0.056 hours. While maximum performance occurred at the intersection of Road intersection Tumenggung Suryo Sulfate-road with the DS (DS = 1.58), the value of delay (D) of 57.9 sec / pcu; for minimum DS value occurred on Canal Road intersection Sulfate-Road Jalan Danau Kerinci-Sawojajar for DS = 0.63 with the delay (D) by 10.00.
