Street children is a phenomenon of social life that is inseparable from the act of exploitation and violence. Street children are victims, either as a victim within the family, community streets, and of course, is the victim of development. Children who should still be in play and learning environment, when they go or even stay on the road they will lose their childhood and this is feared to affect the psychological development and his future life. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects consisted of two street children under the age of 13 years and operates at the intersection of Jl. Ground. The factors that cause children to become street singers include family factors, environmental factors and factors friends. Family factors play an important role in the occurrence of street children because the family is the first social environment that determines the mental and physical development of children because it is where children first learn to socialize and study.
