Culture is very important in order to determine their policy for personal and for kepantingan a nation or state. Culture is formed as a result of the synthesis of past experiences. Therefore, to understand the culture of a nation with the good, the information from the past is absolutely necessary. Serve targeted information can be obtained through some things that still remain from the past such as oral stories, and the writings of one important source of information in the form of writing is a collection of texts that the information contained therein. Transliteration is the removal of a script writing system into another writing system. The main function of transliteration is a form easier for researchers in analyzing the meaning contained in a manuscript. Transliteration is not a task of philology. Moreover, one purpose of philology is to find the original text. With the transliteration means there is a conversion of text presentation. The fact indicates that most adult readers are no longer memahai regional writings. Therefore, today's edits to adjust to the demands of practical so that the editing, the texts presented in the form of transliteration. It aims to facilitate readers who do not understand the original alphabet text. The realization of this research is tesk data in the form of a book written with Arabic letters pegon, while the data sources are manuscript Mar'atus Sholikhah itself. The results manunjukkan that the text's meaning naska Mar'atus Sholikhah there are three meanings that can be analyzed Mar'atus Sholikha religious meaning of the terms of religion. It poses the laws of the sanctity of womanhood on the chapter. Both the social meaning of Mar'atus Sholikhah when a guest, Mar'atus Sholikha in neighboring, Mar'atus Sholikha in educating their child. Third cultural meaning that is Mar'atus Sholikha in cultured which can be reflected in terms of look, behave, to maintain the norms and customs of their ancestors.
