Abstract
This watchfulness aim is that is to detects employee motivation, employee ability level and employee performance at kud happy farmer. as to aim next that is to detect to what ability and influential motivation significant towards where dominant influence employee performance in KUD Tani Bahagia Gondang Mojokerto. watchfulness use that want achieved especially for company can give several informations hit factors that influence employee performance. Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. Based on scale distance average calculation result is got number as big as 357,75 that mean that employee work ability enters in tall category. scale distance analysis result knowable that employee motivation at kud happy farmer be got result as big as 381,11 that enter in tall category. the mentioned can prove that during the time work motivation employees at kud happy farmer in production part mps (cigarette production partner) enter in tall category. based on employee performance scale distance average calculation result is got number as big as 380 that mean that employee performance in at kud happy farmer in production part mps (cigarette production partner) enters in tall category. regression analysis result shows that influential free variable towards bound variable with employee work ability regression coefficient value (x1) as big as 0,280 and work motivation employees (x2) that is as big as 0,108 and the influence significant that proved with value t count > t table and f count > f table. Based on regression coefficient comparison each variable knowable that work ability that is as big as 0,280 and work motivation as big as 0,108. The result can prove that has dominant influence towards employee performance at KUD Tani Bahagia Gondang Mojokerto. Suggestion that given to company that is in the effort to increase work ability management side supposed employees always copes to increase erudition and knowhow that has employees. Supposed management side always out for increase work motivation employees that is with fulfil employee need that is with give salary or appropriate wage with work lo that must be finished by employee.
