Domestic Workers (PRT) is one job sector that largely cultivated by women. Usually they come from rural backgrounds and come from families of farmers or farm laborers who live in poor economic conditions. Most domestic workers have low education, average primary school graduates, junior high and only a high school. Domestic Workers (PRT) is any person who is not a family member who works on a person / group of people to do around the house by obtaining wage or salary. Jobs as domestic workers in the informal sector and they have to live with employer led PRT is very susceptible to violence or aggression from the employer where they work. Violence or aggression is the behavior of individuals who intended to injure or harm another individual who does not want the arrival of these behaviors. This study aims to determine the forms of violence or aggression experienced by workers during the work, the factors causing the occurrence of violence or aggression and the impact of violence or psychological aggression. The approach used in this research is descriptive method by which data obtained in the form of words of research subjects, by doing in-depth interview with each subject. Sampling technique use the method of purposive sampling is to determine in advance the characteristics of research subjects. The characteristics of these subjects were women who worked as domestic workers, experiencing violence or aggression from employers and is currently still working on it with the old employer to work a minimum of 6 months, while the number of subjects in this study is 3 people. From the results of this research is that the forms of violence or aggression by the employer that is experienced by domestic violence or physical aggression, verbal and violations of property rights. Factors that cause violence or aggression because employers have family problems, domestic worker becomes an outlet of anger after a fight with a partner employer, employer dissatisfaction towards the work of domestic workers, employers view the degrading treatment of domestic workers, and the influence of alcohol consumed by their employers. While the impact of violence or psychological aggression led PRT depression, anxiety and fear, compulsive behavior, feel inferior / low self-esteem, feeling foolish and unsure able to work well, and had difficulty sleeping and nightmares at night.
