Disorders Obsessive - Compulsive is a form of anxiety that is manifested in behavior that repeated again and - again although it is recognized as an irrational act. This is very worrying because until now many people who do not know do not even realize themselves as people with disorders Obsessive - Compulsive. The shame and disgrace to be the main reason someone, do not pay attention to the emergence of this psychological disorder. Therefore, this study aims to make a diagnosis and know the factors - factors that led to the emergence of disorder Obsessive - Compulsive. This research is a form of clinical assessment that is used to reveal aspects - aspects of psychological disturbance of the subject. In this study, we have conducted initial screening subjects and found 10 people suspected of having disorders Obsessive - Compulsive. However, after the required consent as research subjects only got 2 people. The study used the criteria of DSM IV (TR), DSM-IV multiaxial assessment, check-lists and the Yale Brown Obssesive Compulsive scale that has been translated into Indonesian, interview and observation. Results obtained by the researcher is both subject diagnosed disorder Obsessive - Compulsive Obsession with the type of harm, contamination obsessions and cleaning compulsions. Through this research is expected to become new sources of information for society about the disorder Obsessive - Compulsive and can immediately take action if this disorder appear.
