Keywords: Salesmanship and sales success Sales success is the primary goal of each company engaged in the sale, including Cigarette Company (PR) Ivory Cengkir Nganjuk. The company achieved record sales levels are quite high. This is due to the lack of implementation by the salesman salesmanship in this PR. Indirectly salesmanship is key to the success of their influence / convince the consumer. Therefore, the company felt the need to apply salesmanship (mnejual science) as well as possible, on this basis that the researchers were interested in conducting research related to the implementation of salesmanship by a salesman at PR Cengkir Ivory Nganjuk. The purpose of this research is to investigate the application of salesmanship by a salesman at PR Cengkir Ivory Nganjuk and to know the acquisition of the company's product sales and to find out how much influence the application of salesmanship to the success of sales. The population in this study are all PR salesman Cengkir Ivory Nganjuk a total of 11 people. Given the limited number of population caused the number of samples taken is the whole of the population that is as many as 11 people by using the technique of total sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and documentation. Having collected data from all variables then included in the formula of Linear Regression to look for influence between the application of salesmanship (variable X) to Sales Success (variable Y). The findings amounted to 11.375 Fcount were consulted on Ftable value. With a 5% error level of 5.12 and 1% at 10.56. because Fhit> Ftab the hypothesis was accepted. So that it can be seen ups and downs of the level of sales through the linear regression equation Y = -2.307 + 0.261. X, which means an increase in a value of salesmanship will cause an increase in the value of sales success of 0.261. Based on the regression equation can be analyzed that the influence of salesmanship to the successful implementation of sales is positive. To find out how much of the effect of the application of salesmanship to sales success is to use the formula of determination (r) 100, so that the known size of the effect of variable X (Salesmanship) to variable Y (Sales Success) is 56%.
