This study aims to identify factors - factors why children have problems in speech and impact - impact on aspects - psychological aspects of social development, this research conducted at the park early childhood education (ECD) Paradise Dawuan - Malang. Initial conclusions drawn from this research is that students in early childhood education park impediment in speech. Treatment used in this research aims to improve speaking skills by giving a few treatments, namely psikogame form of the game arrived - arrived, the race name the object or color, song or chant, introducing yourself and others, view pictures while you discuss, and mimic the movements and sound. Treatment given to subjects studied at school every day. The research was conducted on September 26, 2005 until December 26, 2005 at Park Early Childhood Education "paradise" Dawuan - Malang. Resistance data obtained by using the method talked interviews and direct observation at the sites. By providing some treatment, barriers experienced by the subjects speak in the Garden of Early Childhood "paradise" Dawuan - Malang can be suppressed or reduced. In providing treatment for it is found that the subjects experienced only mild resistance to speak of. Through treatment that is given a positive result in the ability and mastery of speech and language subjects. Mastery of words - words that he had enough and good enough memory subjects, only subjects still could not string words - words into a sentence. In relationships with others, the subject has been much progress. Subjects had a lot to ask and invite others to speak.
