Abstract

Pavement construction in Indonesia in general is a flexible pavement construction. One type of flexible pavement is a layer of pavement A TB (Asphalt Treated Base) that serves as a foundation layer that lies below the layer pcnnukaan that support and spread the load as well as a place to put a layer of pennukaan. Inspection of as pal include: penetration, softening point, ductility. While the aggregate examination include: specific gravity and absorption of aggregate, sieve analysis of aggregates. Test object inspection optimum asphalt content is divided into 5 variations of 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, and 7%, where each group made five different samples each weighing 1200 gr. Obtained optimum asphalt content of 6.5%. The specimens for optimum asphalt made with Bagasse Ash filler II group with filler content of 6.42% originally created Bagasse Ash 0% to 90% by weight with Bagasse Ash intervaIIO%. With each group made 3 samples. Hasi research shows that there are significant use of Bagasse Ash as a filler on the value of Marshall Test. For the stability shown by the equation Y = 1672.5 + 17.544 X - 0.2336 X2 Abu Bagasse obtained optimum level of 37.59% with a value of 2001.933 Kg Stability Flow values shown by the equation Y = 4.05 + (2.7 E - 3) X - (IE - 4) X2 with Bagasse Ash content of 13.5% was obtained optimum flow value of 4.05%. Cavity in the mix ATB shown by the equation Y = 4.102 + (0.04) X - (5E - 4) X2 Abu Bagasse obtained optimum levels by 40% with 4.90% value of the air cavity. For the Marshall quotients can be represented by the equation Y = 4.007 + (0.046) X - (5E - 4) X2 with Bagasse Ash optimum levels by 46% with Marshall Quotient value of 5.06 KN / mm.
