Adolescence is a period full of conflict, whether conflict with parents, peers, future, social and religious. With the various conflicts that exist teenager demanded to be able to resolve the conflicts it faces. Conflict resolution style is influenced by personality type, such as normal personality type and the introverted personality type ekstravert normal. This study aims to determine differences in adolescent conflict resolution styles in terms of normal personality types introvert and normal ekstravert. This research is a type of quantitative comparative research. The sample of this research is SMU 1 Krangkeng teenagers who sit in class X and XI. The total sample of 140 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data revealed through the EPI assay consisting of 56 items and conflict resolution style scale consisting of 38 items. Analysis using Chi-square technique. The result showed that there are differences in adolescent conflict resolution styles in terms of significant personality type (2 = 5.696, p = 0.017). Where adolescents with normal introverted personality types tend to use conflict resolution style that emphasizes others. While adolescents with normal personality type ekstravert tend to use conflict resolution style that emphasizes self.
