Abstract
The research aimed to assess Go Public Cement Companies financial performance and also to find out company which owed the best performance among three Go Public Cement Company, they were PT. Semen Gresik (persero) Tbk, PT. Holcim Ind Tbk and PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk started from 2006 to 2008 using financial ratio analysis method. Data type and data sources used was secondary data, which was found by indirect way through mediator. This data found from company documents in Indonesia Stock Exchange which was relevant in the research done. Data analysis technique used was ratio analysis by comparing several financial ratio in some periods to find out changes which existed and would be happened. According to the research done, Go Public Cement Companies performance in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2006-2008 in general well and PT. Semen Gresik owed the best financial performance compared with PT. Holcim and PT. Indocement. It could be seen from liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, activity ratio, and profitability ratio along research time where ratio value was above average industries
