Abstract

Keywords: Aremania, show the spirit of football This research was conducted in the Village District Mulyorejo Breadfruit Malang. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that drive aremania Spirit watching Football on Metro TV and to know the benefits gained aremania supporters after watching the show on Metro TV Football Spirit. This study used a qualitative approach because this study would describe the answer to the problem of research in detail, as expressed by respondents. In this research, data collection was done by using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Interviews were conducted to obtain data / information that answer the problem by asking questions directly to respondents. Questionnaire used to determine the number of aremania who watch. For technical documentation done by finding the books, documents, etc. relating to the object of research. While analyzing the data using domain analysis and is chosen as the focus of research is the domain of rational or reason (rationale) with a semantic relation X is the reason for doing Y. The respondents in this study were supporters Arema (aremania) Korwil Mulyorejo Malang. To determine the number of respondents to be studied by using purposive sampling technique. From the research that has been done can be seen that there are 2 factors that encourage aremania Spirit watching Football on Metro TV, the internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include factors to look for entertainment and information. While external factors include packaging event in the form of the displayed image, audio / sound is produced, the show format, set the stage, the selection time slot, the appearance of the presenter, and presenter's speech. From these studies it can be concluded that the internal factor is the factor that most encourages aremania Spirit watching Football on Metro TV. With the highlights from various leagues and the best goals that were presented in a ceremony at the Metro Spirit Football TV. As for external factors, namely highlights from various leagues namely, the Spanish league, French league, the Scottish league, German League, Dutch League, Italian league, Argentine league, and leagues in Asia. And the best goal of these leagues are packed in "Goal of the Week" is a factor that encourages supporters Arema (aremania) in watching a show on Metro TV Football Spirit
