This study is a survey study in Mat Weaving industry in Lamongan entitled "Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Productivity Improvement Workers, objective of this study is to know the characteristics, the factors that affect worker productivity increase Mat Weaving industry in Lamongan. This research took the hypothesis of "capital and is suspected of factors affect the level of labor productivity in industry Lamongan Mat Weaving. Analysis tool used is descriptive quantitative analysis is to describe, explain and explain about the industry in Woven mats, multiple linear regression analysis using the following formula Y = a + b1 X1 + b2 X2 + b3 X3 + E From the results of calculations known Mat Weaving industry has the following regression function of Y = X1 -0.6652635 X2 +3.58072638 22.9464285 +2.15815721 X3 Regression results indicate that the T stat = 5%), of 1.362 while the T table for 0182 at 95% confidence level then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, means that there is a significant positive influence between the variables age (X1) of labor productivity (Y) . F test is a test of the hypothesis that the regression results can be from the stated presence or absence of relationship between independent variables with the variables bound. In the F test will test the following hypotheses are comparing F stat with F tables at 95% = 5%). When F stat is greater than F table is Ho confidence level refused and Ha is received, meaning there is influence between independent variables and bound variables. Conversely if F stat is less than F table is accepted and Ha Ho is rejected, meaning there is no real influence of independent variables and bound variables. Based on calculations obtained as in Appendix 1.2 indicates that the F stat for 7:56 more than the F table at 2:48 for 95% confidence level, so Ho rejected and Ha is received, meaning that the independent variable age (X1), while working (X2) , number of dependents of work (X3) effect on the bound variable labor productivity (Y).
