This research is intended to determine the level work stress level and work accomplishment level of HOSANA company malang workers and also to determine whether work stress level comprised of physiological, psychological, and behavior stress have significant effects towards work accomplishment of the company workers. The type of research used here is survey research where the researcher collects the data by observing, the researcher only records the data as they are, analyzing and interpreting the data. The data used are primery data that are gathered from first hand sources through questionnaires which contains questions concerning the determined variables.: physiological, psychological, and behavior stress. While the secondary data are data that have been processed further and presented by the company that consist of general description of the company, organizational structure, and personalia. That result of the research shows that the level of physiological, psychological, and behavior stress ini the company is low work accomplishment is high. Based on the regressions analisys results shows that work stress have significant effects thuards workers accomplishment which is shown value f hitung > f tabel and t hitung > t tabel and based on regression coeficientcy of each independent variables that consist of physiological, psychological, and behavior work stress, then it can be determined that physiological, psychological, and behavior stress. Based on the result of this research, the suggestion that can be given to the company is that the manager should create a more condussive work atmosfhere and to give attention to empluyees’ stress level. Considering high work stress level will cause fatigue and work pressure. For the next researcher, who is interested ini continiuing this research, it is suggested. That he should apply different variables that have significant effects on employess’ accomplishment, that concerns compensations, motivations, and work environment and work conflict so that the research will develop more.
