Abstract
Use high beams on construction more widely used, but usage and its use is only designed to use only minimum reinforcement for flexural reinforcement and shear reinforcement. At high beam will be dominant failure occurred due to shear stress. For that shear reinforcement planning becomes very important in the design of high beams. Shear reinforcement not only increases the shear capacity of beams, but also so that the ductility of shear reinforcement to reduce the risk of brittle failure. In addition to holding the cross bar shear, then the aim of this work was varied by using a reinforcement for / peminggang, the extent of reinforcement for the prisoner to donate to the high beam shear capacity. In this study, the test object used is the block size (130 x 450 x 1500) mm by 20 blocks, with a variable that was varied was the direction of vertical shear reinforcement, point loading and the amount of reinforcement for. Concrete used is of the Concrete Mixing Plant (CMP) with a volume of 2 m3 with quality specifications K340 or K (equivalent fc = 34 MPa) with an aggregate maximum of 20 mm, 15 mm slump, fas 0.55. While the diameter of reinforcing steel has a tensile strength of 308MPa 6mm and a diameter of 10 steel for its tensile strength 384 MPa. From the test results and analysis conducted high beams, the vertical cross bar to a point load, giving reinforcement to provide shear capacity of 7.94% (one reinforcement for) and 24.89% (two bars for). As for the two point loads with a loading ratio of shear capacity sebesar13 1.2, 33% (one reinforcement for) and 21.9% (two bars for). On the shear capacity ratio 1.0 2.41% and 13.85%, and at a ratio of 0.8 increase in shear capacity can not be seen as the test objectSV0 BT and BTSV2 achieve maximum loading frame and BTSV1 failed on the pedestal. For oblique cross bar at one point was a reduction of shear capacity load of 3.33% when added reinforcement for. For two point load ratio of 1.2 there is no significant increase of 0.9%. Meanwhile, at a ratio of 1.0 decreased the shear capacity of 14.89% and the ratio of 0.8 can not be seen decreasing shear capacity due to the two specimen reached the limit makimal loading frame. Because of the slanted cross bar generally experience reduced shear capacity, it can be concluded reinforcement for incompatible bersengkang mounted on a sloping beam.
