Abstract

Steel and concrete are widely used to plan a building structure because such materials can be easily obtained. In fact, not infrequently they are used together to design the structure. "Building Regional Tax Directorate General XII II Eastern Java and the tax office in the Stone" that has been planned and was built using reinforced concrete construction. In this study planned by using composite steel construction. Composite steel construction planning in this study include the planning of reinforced concrete slab with two-way action, planning composite beams and columns and beam column joint design and plate shelf. Planning for the construction of composite concrete slab is using the direct method (Direct Method) with reference to the concrete structure SNI 2002, while for the planning of composite steel profiles used WF (Wide Flange) with the method of LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design), which refers to the steel structure SNI 2002. From the calculation of this composite steel construction, obtained 180 mm thick plate with a diameter of 12-100 for the pedestal and the field. Dimensional profiles for the beam longitudinal WF: WF 400x300x10x16, crossbeams: WF 500x300x11x18 and used-headed stud shear connectors type diameter 7 / 8 "(22.225 mm), height 3.5" (88,9 mm) and placed two on each stud row with a distance of 500 mm in length and 300 mm beam on the transverse beams. For the column used WF 400x400x21x21 with the number of main reinforcement and the reinforcement cross bar 8 25 10-300. As for the planning of the connection used is a connection profile with the profile of elbow-T mounted on the beam body by using bolts. Meanwhile, off the plate dimensions are 20 x 20 inch or 508x508 mm, with a thickness of 20 mm. Awful used is 25 mm diameter with a length of 800 mm.
