One of the resources that influence the success of a project is material. Material resources have a very important role for the sustainability of a project. Because if the distribution of material less than optimal or even until late then it will hamper the sustainability of the project. In Toll Road Development Project Interchanges Waru-Juanda Airport in Surabaya, the dominant material resources are concrete and steel concrete material, which is about 75% of the material is needed in project implementation. Therefore, to be efficient, required optimization of material distribution in concrete and steel concrete, because it can reduce the project cost budget. In order to obtain satisfactory results, it is necessary that appropriate model or method and in accordance with the problem, by using the method of transportation. Transport Method is a method used to regulate the distribution of sources that provide product to the place that needs optimally. In accordance with existing problems, namely the optimization model and determine the optimum distribution pattern on the concrete and steel concrete material. Using Transport Models in the distribution of material on this project obtained optimum transportation cost, namely the distribution of Readymix Concrete based on the needs of factory orders, obtain the optimum cost of Rp. 25,448,964, while the Concrete Steel distribution warehouse based on the alternative position, the most optimum cost contained in the alternative warehouse position 2, ie Rp. 6,334,976.
