This skripsi [is] research [done/conducted] [at] Hotel Splendid Inn Malang, with title ” Scheme of[is Make-Up Of quality of Service Activities of Hotel [of] By Using Method of Quality Function Deployment ( study [of] [at] Hotel Splendid Inn Malang)” Intention of research this is to know and design service quality [in] Hotel Splendid Inn [of] pursuant to client;subscriber perception and formulated [by] [his/its] solution so that result can be weared [by] as reference base side management in the effort perbaikan/peningkatan service [in] Hotel Splendid Inn Malang. One of method for mendesain of quality of product or service [is] by using Quality Function Deployment ( QFD) what aim to to fulfill the client;subscriber desire by evaluating and chosen correct action to fulfill the the client;subscriber desire pursuant to priority scale. Pursuant to result analyse to earn taken [by] conclusion that to fulfill desire and requirement of visitor of Hotel Splendid Inn [is] by relateing [at] technical respon having high contribution value, as for action which can be [done/conducted] [by] party of management of hotel of Splendid Inn [is] by giving energy of hotel security which always ready to, making system of hotel security, and the place park peaceful and (be) free to.
