Furniture industry is one of the commodity to the government at this time. With so many furniture industry that appear, forcing UD. Wiranto to be able to compete with other furniture industry. UD. Wiranto is one of the furniture industry in Pasuruan, East Java. The emergence of CV. Rahayu and UD. Santoso as competitors, are very influential for the UD. Wiranto to decrease at the sales, especially in food products chair. Not a few loyal customers also UD. Wiranto who complain against the company provides. Therefore, the need to do research to find out what attributes-attributes that consumers want and how the level of customer satisfaction against the quality of food products chairs provided. A planning method that can be used to translate customer needs into the form of the action plan for the company is QFD. This step will be used as a means of evaluating and planning improvements to the quality of the product. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a development methodology that is quite reliable with a wide range of applications. This study aims to determine the attributes of what consumers want and know the level of customer satisfaction towards the product quality chair to eat, besides the effort to find out what needs to be done to improve the quality of food products from the chair. Results of the study indicate that the color attribute is not used only one color, high chair and type of wood used is the attribute that most consumers want. And steps that need to be done to improve the quality of food products chair UD. Wiranto is the use of raw materials with quality teak combination no.2 and no. 3, the addition of labor in the carved and the use of solar method as a method Kiln drying of wood.
