Abstract

The concept of function is important in learning basic math and is a material that is always there in math pembalajran to start semuapendidikan primary schools to universities, and has become a major focus for mathematics education research community for several decades. In the formal definition of mathematical concepts have been introduced since junior high through high school but after high diperguruan, students can still be fundamentally practice these concepts. It has indicated how the method previously used pembelajran. This inability of students in using the basic concepts can be attributed to the function definition in mathematics in high school, where teachers could focus on understanding the theory and derfinisi as a function of the manual, then give contohcontoh question, but does not consider the extent to which students' abilities. and kesalahankesalahan existing learning methods are not a concern at all. And here pe4neliti tetarik with some things, namely: Is there an error method of learning mathematics, especially on the concept of function? How Ability Students in presenting function in the representation of berbedabeda? How attitudes and behaviors of high school students in math on the concept peembelajaran function? The research aims to find out error learning methods used in learning mathematics, especially on the concept of function and form its shape. To find out how students in presenting the concept of the representational function berbeda-beda. To determine attitudes and behavior of high school students in learning mathematics in the subject function. And methods used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Based on data analysis has been done in the previous chapter, can be concluded as follows: Error Learning Method is happening in high school in the city of Malang is very great influence on the attitudes and behavior of high school students (high school) in the city of Malang in presenting the concept of the representational function berbedabeda. By doing the research conducted several stages starting from observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and giving tests. It will tell you that there keslahan on the typology of learning methods and how to serve the functions performed by the students. From the research it has conducted, obtained a positive response from students grade XI and XII and high school teachers in the city of Malang. Evidenced by the results of questionnaires and tests that have been distributed to special classes for teachers of mathematics teutama positively assessed. A good teaching method is an alternative media or media math learning interaction between students with teachers in classes XI and XII in the Senior High School and Senior High School 4 Malang, so that students can receive lessons well and if there are lessons that have not understood or to ask questions about lessons Mathematics.
