This research represents empirical study to disclosure practice of corporate social responsibility at official website of public company in Indonesia. Social responsibility disclosure of company is such as the details of environment, energy, health and safety of labours, others about labours, product, involvement of public and society. Intention of this research to looking for evidence about characteristic company influences to corporate social responsibility disclosure at official website of public company in Indonesia. Size company measured with total assets, size company measured from company born, leverage ratio measured with comparasion between debt to equity, and profitability ratio measured with net profit margin. Sample companies determined by purposive sampling method. Documentation method technique is used to collect the data. Data analysis used item check list and for know the influence of company charachteristics used linear multiple regression. Data processing in this research used application SPSS v.17. Result of F test declare simultaneously no effect between company charachteristics to CSR disclosure at official website. Result of t test declare that partially no effect between company charachteristics to CSR disclosure at official website. The result in this research is company awareness to CSR disclosure practice at official website still low. It’s because different technological capabilities and CSR disclosure at official website is voluntary.
