This research is survey research, where the researcher conducted observation and data collection that is done at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Malang employee, with title “The Influence of Organizational Culture Characteristic Toward Employee Performance of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Malang” This research aimed at to know the organization culture characteristic that consist of innovation and risk taking, the attention toward detail, results orientation, individual orientation, team orientetaion, and aggressiveness and the stability toward production employee performance of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Malang and knowing which characteristic of organization culture that influence dominantly toward the employee performance of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Malang. The analysis tool in the research by using scale distance and multiple regression with F test and t test. The F test can be known that characteristic of organization culture that include innovation and risk taking, attention toward detail, results orientation, individual orientation, team orientation, and aggressiveness and the stability simultaneously influence significantly toward employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Malang. While the magnitude of each variable entirely can be seen from the each regression coefficient, that is innovation variable and risk taking that is 0.112 attention toward detail of 0.306, results orientation of 0.308, individual orientation of 0.168, team orientation of 0.320, aggressiveness of 0.175, and stability of 0.303. So it can be concluded that team orientation has significant influence toward employee performance at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Malang employees. Based on the conclusion results of the research, it is suggested for company to sustain the organization culture characteristic in the company. Real steps that can be taken by improving harmonic relation between employee so they able to work maximally at the company. In determining a policy that will be implemented at employee, it is expected the management to coordinate with employee so there is no problems that will give loss to both party and always keep the cohesiveness. In efforts to improve employee performance, it is expected the company consider the work condition by planning appropriately so can be used as work guidance for employee. At other side, it is expected for company to give assignment or work that can be appropriated with the employee ability.
