Abstract

Competition is more strong in effort world cause more big constraints which have to be experienced by business subject now or in future, one of constrain in marketing side. The goal of marketing is to create benefit long term and give feedback others. Hence, the manager function have to be able to direct operational of firm day by day and they have to make strategic decision appropriately. Based on the problem, researcher want to open moreover in the research by title “Application of Marketing Strategic in Exactly, Increase Market to Firm of Roll Karet UD. Sari Argo Mandiri of Malang. The goal of this study is to formulated marketing strategic exactly to be applied by firm of roll karet UD.Sari Argo Mandiri in competition in East Java to increase market side which its owned. This study is applied research that goal to assist manager to take better decision. The applied reseach is directed to situation of specific organization and application is adviced by rules in taking decision process. This study is carried out in UD. Sari Argo Mandiri in Jl. Argo Timur D.5 No.10 Perum Argo Kencana Karangploso district Malang regency. The data collecting technique use interview and documentation data such as selling volume of firm during three years (2005-2006), the marketing data that consist of product, price, promotion, and distribution and organization structure and production process. The study result show that marketing strategic exactly to be applied by UD. Sari Argo Mandiri in order to marketing side increase is to use way with decrease selling price to their consumer that the goal may be defended and versus competitor of similar industry, it is fact enter in strategy pattern of flanking defense and mobile defense model, as defense that notice weakness which be had by UD. Sari Argo Mandiri thus others competitor is not benefit it. This firm is growing, strategic formulation of market leader in position to develop market entirely, protect market, and make market widely. To achieve goal, so effort may be maximize by UD. Sari Argo Mandiri to carry out some marketing activity such as marketing research, research and innovation to measure market side, selling(both unit and currency) which be done study and developing and or innovation by notice efficiency level of internal operation from UD.
