Abstract

Generally, stroke be accompinied with negative impact inpsychological. Many of stroke sufferer had depresion, cannot be adjust, cannot received hem self, and always hope a help for everything thay need. Resilien is important factor in recovery prosses of psychological, with the high spirit dan optimistic for live. Researches use a kualitatife research with interview metode, especially case study.research subjek is two person, they is 1 male,and 1 female.data collection with the interview. Data analise with kualitatife description and data validity with triangulation with the source. Result of research, there is ,many factor affect the stroke sufferer, would be a resilien ot not reslien. The factor that make a stroke sufferer has been a resilien, is I Am :confidence, good self esteem, feel of loved, have people trusted, independent and responsible.I have : have motivation from inside and people around, maximal servis from family and hospital, and have the inspirational figure. I Can: make tha good relationship, beliefe of him self, have a good psoblem solving, can hear criticims and suggestions. The subjek who not resilien, have many factor, I Am: negatife thingking of her self, cannot be a good attitude, havent a good problem solving, not independent and cannot responsible. I Have: have a bad servis from the others people and nothing the inspirational figure for her motivator,and cannot make a good relationship. I Can: not have the people who can believed, have a bad comunications ability, cannot hear the criticims or suggestions, and havent bad psoblem solving.
