This research is in the background by a desire to find the cause saturation of employees working on the CV. ARMINU JAYA ABADI TUBAN. Discussion later in this thesis is a practical description to clarify the concept been there by doing a search data directly in the field either during the Bottled Drinking Water Company (AMDK) CV. ARMINU JAYA ABADI TUBAN, especially with respect to the causes of employee burnout. Type or the type used in this research is descriptive research qualitatively, while data collection techniques used by researchers is the method interview guide based on an interview (interview guidelines), observations and documentation. The subjects of this study are employees of the company's production Water Drinking Bottled (AMDK) CV. ARMINU JAYA ABADI TUBAN. Based on the results of this study obtained results the following conclusion on general, employees at the company's bottled drinking water (drinking water) CV. ARMINU JAYA ABADI TUBAN experiencing burnout with the job charged to him. This is because the job is monotonous, the burden excessive work, and working conditions that are less supportive. Although in general the CV. ARMINU JAYA ABADI TUBAN experience saturation, but they still tried to enjoy his job, because the search for now very difficult job.
