PT. Prima Jaya Bojonegoro Pakuwon Earth is a company engaged in tobacco industry. The cigarette industry is an area that many businesses use the tools and raw materials that can cause a risk of accidents and health problems are quite large. With such a large risk of PT. Prima Jaya Bojonegoro Pakuwon Earth can still maintain safety and health of all employees working in an accident so it does not work, clear evidence of the absence of workplace accidents is by obtaining zero accident award from the government. Obtainment zero accident this award can not be separated from the attitude of discipline and careful work by employees. The attitude of discipline committed by employees were also not separated from the company's role in providing guarantees safety of, health and wellbeing so that employees feel comfortable at work, so besides the lack of workplace accidents also can increase company productivity. In addition to providing assurance of safety, health and welfare are good, the company's efforts to improve employee discipline is to run all the company rules strictly. Collecting data to determine the factors that lead to the attitude of discipline and careful in the work of employees of PT. Prima Jaya Bojonegoro Pakuwon Earth, researchers used interview and observation techniques. Interview conducted by researchers aim to find out more about the background of employees have an attitude of good discipline. In the process of interviewing and observation, researchers set five employees in the production as research subjects as well as getting special attention from researchers. Employees of production are used as research subjects because in this section has the risk of workplace accidents and health problems from working relationship that is high enough. The results of the research that has been done is, employees of PT. Prima Jaya Earth Pakuwon Bojonegoro have learned a firm stance from the company in running the rules. Employees also have felt the fulfillment of all needs, both psychological and physiological needs. Availability of safety and health insurance for employees also cause employees are happy to discipline and mantaati all company regulations.
