Abstract

The factors which give influence to goal successful in firm is happening interaction or communication for others among people who involved in management in firm organization. Conflicts among employee or employee and manager will influence directing process of job in organization or firm, the emerging problem as intercommunication by manager may be solved by communication too. The study with title influence of firm newspaper attack to employee belief of newspaper credibility (Study to Employee of PT. PLN in Service and Networking Area of Malang) have goal to know firm newspaper attack to employee belief of newspaper credibility. While the data collecting which be used are questionnaire and documentation, the data analysis is simple regression along with use t-test. While the populations in this study are employee of PT. PLN (Persero) APJ of Malang who ever read firm newspaper, the total sample are 78 people by using simple random sample with lottery technique. Based on the calculation result was got following. Correlation value among newspaper attacking variable with belief degree of employee to newspaper credibility is 0.578, with determination value is 33.4%. while the calculation with simple regression is gained t-test > t table (6.175 > 2.000) thus based on the hypothesis may be taken conclusion that firm newspaper attack give significant influence to employee belief of newspaper credibility. Based on the discussion above, writer imply that newspaper always publish. Because based on the study is proved messages in newspaper be able to change (give influence) to employee belief
