Abstract

Public service problem become a famous isue, therefore antusiate from people in control public service become interisting. One of the literature (rubric) Metropolis Watch give a chance to people to convey any complain, grudges and heart feeling they feel disconveyed, can deliver from this rubric. According to Effendi (1994: 146) Pers is a social institution, as social institution-pers to be social subsistem together with others subsistem. Research problem is How is construction social complain presentation about public service in rubric Metropolist Watch from literature analysis Teun Van Dijk? Porpose of this research is to describe construction social complain presentation about public service in rubric Metropolist Watch from literature analysis Teun Van Dijk. Method used literature analysis adaptation from Teun Van Dijk with kuantitative type interpretative. Data collection in this research is a document, there is a documentation all writing in rubric “ Metropolist Watch” in Jawa Pos Newspaper, August 2008. Researcher technique is a literature analysis, where is media analysis text technique to means show a specific meanings, used to constenlasion power in proses production and meaning reproduction. Research result is a rubric “ Metropolis Watch”, a rubric that talk about complain, dissapointed and social care toward any incident. Rubric “Metropolis Watch” also as a media confirm or answer for any problems that people give from this rubric. From explanation above, researcher conclusion, if rubric “ Metropolis Watch” is a rubric to convey opinion about people problem in face a incident happen and generally inflict negative for itself. According to analsis result has been studied, get suggestion if mass media as a media to convey complain and suggestion or people idea. So, social complain in this rubric is a media for confirm to a problem give from metropolis people for news or read for every people.
