Abstract

The intensity of communication can affect the aggressiveness in adolescents, especially adolescent boys, because by doing adolescent communication with parents to be an important means to accomplish a task and to provide personal satisfaction. Therefore communication within the family must be supported candor, mutual respect and mutual trust so as to expedite the process of communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication intensity teenage boys with parents on aggressiveness. The sample in this study were male high school student I Situbondo numbered 40 people and data analysis in this study to use your technique of regression analysis. From the research results prove the significant effect (f = 16.150, Sig <0.01), between the intensity of gresivitas communication, while the intensity of adolescent communication with parents is 29.8%, where the higher the intensity of low aggressiveness semkin communication. From the above explanation can be seen that the role of communication which is marked by the intensity of communication between teens with parents have an important role Therefore, the role of parents in communicating with teenage boys in particular help to balance private and away from negative behavior that is aggressive behavior.
