PT. EMSA represent one of the company which active in making of S-Tube, as well as handling product distribution to every stock of point. From result of company survey found by data that arrangement of vehicle for the distribution of inefficient product, so that I interest to conduct research about planning of route and assignation of vehicle by using proposal method that is assignment generalized. This method represent one of the technique which studying process delivery of goods to consumer in management enchain relevant occurence and supply by planning of route and assignation of vehicle at distributor. Especial target of this method planning of route and assignation of vehicle to be later expected can degrade the expense of distribution. Research steps started from data collecting which for example that is stock data of point, historical data of product order, data apart center distribution to each stock of point, added by data of expense of distribution, data sum up and vehicle capacities, and also coordinate data every stock of point. Step hereinafter that is determining optimal order and its result used as basis for planning of delivery model , conducted planning of route and assignation of vehicle by using method of generalized assignment, what finally stock of point sort at every route use method of nearest neighbor. From data processing obtained result of planning of route and assignation of vehicle counted 14 route for the order of day of Monday - Friday and 17 route for the order of day of Saturday - Sunday, more economical totalize route each its order. For the total cost of distribution of condition of company actual equal to Rp 24.788.550 and after planning equal to Rp 21.878.700, so that obtained thrift equal to Rp 2.909.850 or percentage of 11,73 % every week.
