Abstract
In today's work world, employees are required to have a leadership that tinggi.Guna improve employee leadership training required well-coordinated leadership. The function of training kepepemimpinan is to change or improve attitudes / behaviors, knowledge / insight, and skills / abilities as a leader in his work. So that leadership training can provide benefits to employees in the work. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach literally. The subject of this study was 6 (six) employees who worked as a team coordinator in the production of PT Steel Surabaya. The research subject is obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed the diverse benefits gained after attending a leadership training employees.
