Abstract

The main purpose of traffic management systems and transportation is efficient use of infrastructure and transportation facilities. Requirements moving people and goods from one place to another are met and smooth traffic, safe, and comfortable. This leads to all minimize the overall transportation costs, because transport costs are part of the burden of operational costs. Vehicle Operating Costs are costs important. Repair or improving the quality of transport infrastructure and facilities aimed mostly reduce these costs. Oprasional costs include fuel use or lubrication, replacement costs (eg tires), vehicle maintenance costs, and wages or pay driver. Malang City consists of 5 districts that have sufficient area solid. Population growth that reached 1.01% per year (BPS City Poor), the progress of industry and trade directly affect the city itself, giving rise to social impacts that are not easily solved well and thoroughly, as the problems posed density and congestion, on every street in town it. 2 Sub Kedung Cage is one of the 5 districts in the City The poor who have a population of 166.807 inhabitants (kec. Kedung Cage), and is a contributor to the region's largest garbage on the TPS Urang Supit reached 90.720 M3 (Malang City Sanitation Office), because in these areas are densely populated settlements. For we know together, that the more extensive and dense an area, then the waste will generated each day bigger. Fleet used used by the Sanitation Department of Malang City Dump Truck numbered 16 and 14 Amrool (Container), the vehicle is used to transport garbage from the polling stations in the city of Malang to TPA Supit Urang. With a fleet of Dump Trucks transport and Container (Amroll) and the solid route the vehicles that transport waste common operating tundaan, so much time and cost existing operations.
