At University management majors of Muhammadiyah Unlucky consist of 4 concentration area that is finance management, marketing management, operational management and human resource management. Election of concentration at management majors student conducted to focussed ability / interest had by student. In chosening the concentration, student have to earn to take correct decision. This matter because of election of correct concentration will affect at achievement assess eye of college concentration to be reached for by student. Besides, with election of correct concentration earn to fluent compilation of skripsi as final duty to fulfill conditions in reaching college degree. This matter represent phenomenon which is proper to be checked. This research represent research of survey with title " Analysis Factors Influencing Decision of Individual in Chosening Concentration at Student Majors Management University of Muhammadiyah Unlucky". Target of this research is to know factors which forming decision of individual in chosening concentration at University management majors student of Muhammadiyah Unlucky and to know factor of formation prima facie in election of concentration at University management majors student of Muhammadiyah Unlucky. Population in this research is entire/all generation management majors concentration student 2004 University of Muhammadiyah Unlucky that is equal to 281 student. Sampel the taken is 25% from 281 people that is 70 one who divided in 4 concentration, where way of its intake use sampling random proposional. used analysis that is factor analysis. Pursuant to result of research identified that factor influencing decision of student in chosening concentration in University management majors of Muhammadiyah Unlucky is ability factor totally eigenvalue equal to 7,896 and is total of variance equal to 35,889%. Second factor that is personal factor totally eigenvalues 5,131 and is total of variance 23,323%. Third factor that is study factor totally eigenvalues 2,985 and is total of variance 13,570.
