Abstract

This research constituted to phenomenon that every organization in implementing its activity requires Human resource (SDM) what is reliable PG. Modjopanggong Tulungagung as Government-Owned Corporations (BUMN) in industrial area of sugar is claim to have employee with high performance. This thing can be realized if PG. Modjopanggong Tulungagung can create situation of good organization communications so that will affect is positive at employee performance. Theory applied that is organizational communication theory with approach of behavior stream phase. The theory transitional that in an organization there is humanitarian relationship (human relations) in general refers to situation of activity coming from relation between manager with employee and recent theory phase towards subjectivism, The Theory Weick that organization emphasized to study organization is behavior of organization and core behavior of is communications. Research type applied is survey with approach of explanatory research. Data collecting technique applies questionnaire, hence data obtained analyzed to applies correlation analysis and simple regression analysis. Result of this research shows situation of organizational communications has relationships that are positive and very strong with employee performance posed at from correlation coefficient value (r) 0,896. Besides result of this research also indicates that situation of organizational communications had an effect on significant to employee performance posed at from value thitung 17,334 > ttable 2,000. Known also that 80,2% employee performance because of situation of organization communications, equal to 19,8% because of variable that is not included in research, like leadership and motivation.
