Abstract

On of management function in an organization is to control the company running the plan to achieve the goal. In order to that, it needs a system that can guide the management to be focus on the goal and to reduce the disorder. In the company activities, one of activity that is important to do is run the management controlling system on the marketing function. The reason are, management controlling system on the marketing have a goal to achieve the high level of marketing on a certain price with ordinary cost that can give profit to the company. The problem statements of this research are: “How is the management controlling system on the marketing in Sumber Rejeki Company’s Pasuruan”, and “Is the management controlling system on the marketing in Sumber Rejeki Company’s Pasuruan effective”. The purpose of this research are to know the management controlling system on the marketing in and to evaluate the effectiveness of the management controlling system on the marketing in Sumber Rejeki Company’s Pasuruan. The approach used in this research is evaluative research. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, and quantitative data analyses by trend linier analysis. The result of this research shows that marketing organization structural on Sumber Rejeki Company’s Pasuruan still holding double job. It affects on the less of optimal of the management controlling system on the marketing. The company’s planning and program create based on the last program and there is a different among short, long or medium term of programs. The budget of income and outcome is effective yet. It shows in the deviation score of income and outcome, in which the income is higher than the outcome. Furthermore, the company’s budget of marketing is based on the last income and outcome, caused the budget is less effective. The Operation and measurement of the marketing depatment on Sumber Rejeki Company’s Pasuruan ran by having continually meeting, that discuss the report of the marketing achievement and also problem/ issue.
