Hasil 70 Gresik is a small industry which has a movement in the milkfish seedling sector. Due to the fishpond farmers’ needs and the more increasing of the competence of the businessmen who work in the sam sector epecially in Gresik, so that UD. Hasil 70 Gresik is demanded to be able in aranging the exact market strategy to be apllied to the situation and the condition UD. Hasil 70 Gresik itself, by now. The fixing of the exact market strategy is aimed not only to increase the consuments amount, but also to compete with the other competetors. One of the problems faced by the doers of UD. Hasil 70 Gresik is how to definite the alternatives of the market strategy such as the single market strategy, the local market strategy, the nicher market strategy, and the average-commitrment strategy. After fixing many kinds of the market strategy will be apllied to UD. Hasil 70 Gresik, so to choose the many kinds of the market strategy alternatives would be applied to the UD. Hasil 70 Gresik, this study used the analytical Hierrachy process (AHP). The reason is because this method will help in solving the complex problem in structuring a criteria hierarchy as the priority. From the calculation reached by using the AHP method, so it is reached the alternative priority heaviness of the market strategy plan will be applied, those are the single market strategy, the local mrket strategty, so it will be choosen the best three of them, those are, the local market strategy, with the heaviness 0.281, and the single market strategy, with 0,174 of the heaviness.
