Abstract

PT. Cement Gresik Persero Tbk. As one of the Common/ public Body of Publik Ownership ( BUMN) which active in making of cement make a plane develop new factory to add capacities utilize to fulfill requirement of domestic cement. Like known with capacities 15,95 million ton Cement Gresik master 40% domestic market. Felt concerned about by if until year 2010 there no addition of capacities hence accomplishment of request of unattainable consumer so that market compartment Cement Gresik will remain 28%. One of the Method to determine new Location Factory is by using Method Integer Programming of Branch And Bound Technical. Where with this Technical will be able to know by where factory location will be founded, Totalize Cost which must be released by company per month and amount of goods which must be sent from supplier to factory, factory to warehouse and from warehouse to wil. market. Steps in determining new factory location is : Determination of new factory location alternative ( Pati, Demak, Semarang and Blora), Determination of wil. market ( request above 100 thousand ton in 6 months), Forecasting of request ( Moving Average and of Single last Exponential Smoothing of smallest MAPE), Development of Model ( Variable Decision, Function of target of and Function constrictor). From result of processing with Technique of Branch Bound and obtained by new factory location in Pati area Totally cost equal to Rp. 965.404.480,- per month and accomplishment of request of wil. market fufilled as according to forecasting of done/conducted request.
