Abstract

Keywood: Understanding Of Company, Interest Employees, Performance Employees. PT. Panjar Wijaya represent peripatetic company in the field of development of building. This company located in solid area of resident in town of Surabaya. In face of globalization era which progressively go forward hence company have to do cultural study of company about growth of company environment which is progesif. Interest employees issue represent one of the growth of progressive company environment so that need special attention if company wish culture in formulate how understanding of company to employees interest issue can affect to company culture. And can be taken by formulation of problem hence problem of this research can be formulated as follows : (1) High how the understanding of company about employees interest? (2) How well influence of understanding of company about employees interest to employees performance? Research method the used is research of eksplanatif use technique analyse quantitative data. In research yield Identity responder which is needed in this research concerning gender, age, work, and education of each responder identity. Pursuant to result of research which have is to be obtained result of able to be concluded as follows: (1) There is influence between understanding of company about employees interest to employees performance. Ever greater where attention of company about understanding of employees interest will progressively mount also employees performance. (2) Influence between understanding of company about employees interest to employees performance of value of regresi equal to 0,657 with storey; level of signifikansi 0,000 is later;then seen from coefficient of determinasi that there is relation equal to 58,2%, meaning variable rest which do not the included in this research.
