C.V. Ethics Jaya is a catering company has 95 employees, from the diversity of individual's behaviors sometimes appear undesirable. Such behavior such violations in the form of raw materials theft committed by some employees mentah.Akibat processing materials arising from the breach caused the company to get such losses reduced the company's image and material losses. In this research, the issue becomes a backdrop. The study started on 23 November 2005 until 23 February 2006 at the CV. Ethics Jaya Cepu. The study was a descriptive qualitative study, using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted on the subject, the subject of co-workers and supervisors as an informant. From the results obtained documentation through records supervisor (Raw Material Processing Division) assigned three subjects that will be involved in this study.Triangulation technique was also used in this study, by means of data collection through informants as many as three people and records from the supervisor (Raw Material Processing Division). By providing in-depth interviews and other measures are expected subjects to realize that his behavior during this could harm himself. With the company's arbitration techniques to resolve conflicts that sometimes arise between employees and with out sourcing engineering companies can minimize the occurrence of violations and to overcome the material losses caused by such violations. While opening a new section that is part of a special deal with seasoning also to prevent theft of raw materials, supervisors can be more careful in watching them because their numbers a little more. This proved to show positive results, because after giving interviews, out sourcing techniques, and arbitrage techniques seasoning opening a special section appeared to have decreased the intensity of violations committed by the subject and the self-consciousness in the subject that his actions are not true and will hurt himself.
