Abstract

This research gets title Analysis Public Service at Malang City (Study at on duty Malang City demography and Civil Registry) To the effect this research is subject to be know society estimation to public service in wends manner to bring off good governance at Malang City, in this case on duty demography and Civil Registry. One of national development aim that most decants deep UUD 1945 is freedom nations, One of Government task as apparatus as State in freedom nation is give service to society, obviously bases public service principles and making for manner bring off good governance or good governance . This research utilize quantitative descriptive approaching, with method surveys, sample take utilizes quesioneer by method random accidential is sampling , data analysis did by tab that utilize percent count. Wholly usufructs this research is , as big as 81,88% society say to accept to service that is given on this demography Area whereas Cries Down as big as 18,11%. Where is aspect is nicest on Cost Of Attendance which is as big as 96,11% and one are contemned on aspect to ministering officer mainstay as big as 71,25%. On Civil Registry Area, as big as 81,88% society say to accept to service that is given on this Area whereas Cries Down as big as 18,89%. Where is aspect is nicest on Cost Of Attendance which is as big as 95,55% and one are contemned on simplicity aspect and service timeliness as big as 66,67%. On Information Area, as big as 76,66% society say to accept to service that is given on this Area whereas cries down as big as 23,33%, Where is aspect is nicest on Cost Of Attendance which is as big as 91,66% and one are contemned on justice aspect and a moral assurance service as big as 66,67%. Conclusion of this research that public service at on duty Malang City demography is was good, although On justice aspect & a moral assurance service and to ministering officer mainstay is felt needs to be increased again its performance. My tips is increase agency resource quality in service public by study functional: 2 ) arrange task averting / periodic ala mutations correspond to job unit requirements, ability and clerk rank at environmentally UPT to reduce saturation on one of work area; and 3) arranging person s construction and at all times good concern person administration and also construction to that clerk is alone deep face society as customer . so its following can meet the need Indonesia society in particular at Malang City.
