If it isn’t handed well, complication may occur on mother and fetus due to UTI, such as pielonefritis on mother, abortion, prematurity, dismaturity, fetus mortality in the uterus. The Purpose of the Study: to acknowledge germ’s pattern and its sensitivity against antibiotics among pregnant woman with Urinary Tract Infection in RSU Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang (in the Period of 1st of January – 31st of December 2008). The Method of the Study: descriptive observative. Data taken from Medical Record are processed descripivel to know the sensitivity’s pattern and the resistant of the bactery causing UTI among pregnant woman against antibiotics. The Result of the Study: the most bateries found is Escherichia colli, i.e. 85.7%. Based on thesensitivity’s result and bactery’s resistant against antibiotics, it showed that antibiotics with high sensitivity (average > 50%) against Escherichia colli are AmoxycillinAsam klavulanat, nitrofurantoin, nalidixic acid, Cefotaxim and Ceftriaxone. Whereas, antibiotics with low sensitivity (average 33%) are Amphicillin, Amoxycillin, Cefuroxim and Cefadroxil. Over all, Pseudomonas aeruginosa is resistant against the antibiotics.
