Abstract

Education is an activity or business that has long been done by mankind. School is one form of environmental responsibility in providing care to the individual development process. School is also a second after the home environment where the child for the umpteenth hour of each day to fill his life. In addition, the school as an educational institution is a place to prepare children to face life as well as possible both as individuals and in family counseling Counseling is a series of direct relations between workers counseling with students which aims to provide assistance in resolving problems. Therefore, the students expect guidance and counseling can help them solve problems, especially problems of students in MTS N Tuban. The extent to which role in the MTS Affairs Guidance Counseling Tuban The study was descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were grade I, II and III MTs NEGERI TUBAN totaling 6 (six) and 1 (one) teacher BK. Methods of data collection in this study was interviews. While the data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that the role of teachers in MTs N Tuban BK as a whole less than optimal. viewed from any problems that arise are many unresolved or resolved. The number of BK that only one teacher and 900 students handle ± BK barriers in carrying out its duties, in addition to BK teachers also teach subjects in class so that lack of concentration as a teacher BK in implementing tasks assigned from the school so that teachers BK N Tuban less at MTs play .
