Abstract

This research is a case study at the Islamic Hospital of Malang Unisma with the title "Application of Balanced Scorecard For Performance measurements Islamic Hospital of Malang Unisma". Research goal is to assess the performance of Islamic Hospital of Malang, when measured using the Balanced Scorecard method. Analysis tool used to assess the performance of the Balanced Scorecard method, namely: First, the perspective Financial use the indicator of income growth rate. Second, the customer perspective the number of patients using the indicator, the number of in-patients and the number of new outpatient patient. Third, internal business process perspective include ALOS, Bor, TOI and BTO. Fourth, learning and growth perspective, the indicators used include employee rotation, employee training and employee attendance. Data analysis results show the performance of Malang Rumah Sakit Islam as a whole can be said both . This can be seen from the indicators - the indicator used in the four balanced scorecard perspectives that continue to increase, the financial perspective which has increased from 2006 to 2008. Customers Perspective teus has increased due to increased patient satisfaction and trust of the service provided. Internal Business Process perspective which meet hospital standards. Perspective and the latest learning and growth that is also better than in 2006 until the year 2008.
