Abstract

The development of technology has facilitated the storage of digital documents in repositories, including eprints.umm.ac.id at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. However, there has been no analysis of user satisfaction with eprints. This study aims to measure user satisfaction with eprints.umm.ac.id and the influence of EUCS variables on user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method with five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The study population consists of students in the Department of Informatics at UMM from the 2016-2020. A sample of 283 respondents was selected using Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using the Likert Scale. The results show a "Very Satisfied" level of satisfaction with a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 82.74%. Four out of five hypotheses were accepted, while one was rejected. Content, Accuracy, Ease of Use, and Timeliness have a positive impact, while Format does not have a significant effect. This study is expected to provide further insights into user satisfaction with the eprints website and assist in its development and improvement to meet user needs and enhance user satisfaction.
