Keywords: Functions of Public Relations, Harmonious Relationship Business and economic development in the world today is experiencing slump, rising inflation rate plus the bad system kept investors from abroad less confidence to invest their shares in the country. To achieve a successful company will not be achieved if in an agency / organization does not adnya a harmonization in the work environment. In addition to the relationship the company / institution with external parties is necessary to also fostered internal relations, internal relations is meant here is the relationship between the leadership with employees. The formulation of the problem in this research adlah how Public Relations PT. Bank International Indonesia Branch Malang perform functions in creating a harmonious relationship between employees and leadership with the aim of this study to determine the function of Public Relations of PT. Bank International Indonesia Branch Malang in creating a harmonious relationship between the leadership with the employee. The method used in this study adlah qualitative research with this type of descriptive approach, namely the research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of words written or spoken of the people and observable behavior (Bogdan & Taylor, in Moelong 2003:3). The function of PR is run by Public Relations PT. Bank International Indonesia Branch Malang, among others by: reporting and providing input to the problems faced by employees, evaluating employee behavior, set the direction of flow of information, publications and messages from the agency / organization to the public (public internal). The response led to the function which is run by the Public Relations Public Relations PT. Bank International Indonesia Branch Malang very concerned about all the inputs and information provided by the Public Relations office in all branches. From the analysis it can be concluded bawha Bank bii PR work according to a predetermined function of the company. And as a bridge or intermediary between the party leadership with the employee in the employment relationship, you should still maintain two-way communication so that what nenjadi between the leadership with employee goals can be achieved.
