Abstract

In a humanitarian volunteer organization, there are many scheduled work programs, the large number of activities makes volunteers feel tired with various organizational demands, so that it often makes members postpone work or even miss out on their lectures. This certainly causes a decrease in the productivity of an organization and affects the psychological well-being of volunteers. Psychological well-being is an individual's ability to face challenges, perceived autonomy, good relationships with other people, and self-actualization, while prosocial is a behavior that moves a person to interact, cooperate, and help others without expecting to be rewarded. Related to prosocial behavior are autonomy, good relationships with people and meaningful life goals. The aim of this research is to find out how influential prosocial behavior is Psychological well being at the Humanitarian Volunteer Organization X. In this research, researchers used the regression analysis method. analysis method with a Prosocial scale Prosocial Tendencies Measure-Revised (PMT-R) by Carlo and Randall and Scale Psychological well being using Carol D Ryff's scale, By taking the subject using technique non Probability Sampling with samples Accidental sampling As many as 30 humanitarian volunteer subjects at a volunteer organization Psychological Well Being with a result of 6.4%, it can be seen from the significance value of 0.177. Apart from that, from the results of the analysis it was also found that the calculated F value was 1.918 which was smaller than the F table of 4.260 (1.918<4.260), which could mean that this research hypothesis was rejected, and the implication of this research is that volunteers who have a high social spirit or high prosociality should can divide his time as a volunteer with his personal interests well so that his volunteer social activities can run well but do not affect or disturb his psychological well-being, so that both can run in balance.
