Passenger terminal is the point where passengers / people in and out of the system, is an important component of the transportation system. This terminal is not only a major functional component of the system but also an infrastructure that requires huge costs and the point where congestion may occur. Economic growth and population growth that the higher the Demak district. This resulted in the movement of people in the conduct of activities are also increasingly tingg. This requires infrastructure and good transportation facilities to serve the maximum mobility. This study aimed to evaluate the current condition of the terminal (Existing) and knowing the current movement of freight and 5 years to come. By using formulas queuing model simulation method ρ =, n =, w = d-, q =, h = (Edward K. Morlok) can be used to analyze the capacity of services and terminal parking lot. Then with queuing theory () is used as a control rather than the value of W the average waiting time in sistem.dari results obtained value of 0.153 W to Bus-hour (9 minutes 10 seconds) and to Minibis obtained at 0.159 (9 minutes 32 seconds). And from the results of the evaluation parking area which was originally obtained longitudinal position of parking position 600 as of this position to accommodate more vehicles ± 4-5 vehicles. Results of analysis showed that the terminal service facilities such as tunguu space, office, canteen, etc. to the area of small mosque can still accommodate only necessary arrangements for passengers to feel safe and comfortable. The maximum capacity for the bus terminal at peak hours now (Existing) of 81 buses, and buses that had accumulated at the peak hours of 20 bus (Minibis Semarang). The need for bus departure area is 4 lanes with an area of 285 m2, while the available area of 160 m2. While the need for bus arrival area is 5 lanes with an area equal to the departure area. The need area for bus parking area of 1337.92 m2 evaluation results and area for current conditions amounted to 1068.96 m2 so that the need for the parking area experiencing land shortage (not enough). Thus the terminal always experience congestion because the available land has been unable to serve vehicles entering the terminal. Then, by analyzing opportunities for the development of the terminal can know the needs of an ideal land for the terminal in 2010 amounted to ± 1935.84 m2 or ± 2 Ha.
