Abstract

This study is a research surve with the title "Leadership Style Influence on Job Satisfaction employees in PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisata Jaya Divisi Agrowisata.” "With the restrictions on the theory of Hersey-Blancard. Goal of this research is to know the style of leadership, job satisfaction to know, to see if there is a significant influence of leadership style on employee job satisfaction and to find out which style of leadership situasional variables that most affect the job satisfaction of employees in PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisata Jaya Divisi Agrowisata. Analysis tool that is used, namely the range and scale regression linier berganda. The test using hypothetical test and F test t. From the results of the research menujukkan that the leadership style at PT Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisata Jaya Divisi Agrowisata included in the category is very high. This is evidenced from the average score of the variable styles of leadership behavior task (X1) of 209, of the relationship (X2) at 205. While job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisata Jaya Divisi Agrowisata in the category that is very high with a score of 216. Linier berganda regression results with the behavior of the task (X1) and the behavior relationship (X2) as free variables and job satisfaction as a bound variable is: Y = 11.496 + 0.642 X1 + 1.026 X2 + e. With the R 2 value of 0.369. Analysis of test results obtained F calculated F of 16.400 is greater than the table F of 3.161 with a significance level of 0.000. This means that the style of leadership simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction on PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisata Jaya Divisi Agrowisata. From the results of the test t obtained value of the task of calculating t (X1) of 3.228, behavior relationship (X2) of 5.134 is greater than the table t is 1.672. From the t test results can be seen that the partial effect of leadership style to the significant job satisfaction employee PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisata Jaya Divisi Agrowisata.
